[MCPE-227847] Random censoring even though profanity is allowed

On both Xbox and Switch at least. On a realm with two people, filter profanity is off for both. Signs randomly censor things at times. For context, we are putting names on the signs (of the animals we are naming). Usually, we put one name and move on to the next line for the next one. Changing the order of the names does not help. Putting each name separately is no problem, so it’s not the names. Sometimes, putting one less name works, even in different orders. It seems to be pretty random, but once it happens, it stays finicky.
