I was very specifically and simply creating a 30-page book to output Redstone signals. I wrote numerals 1 through 15 on two pages each, such that “1” appeared in the upper left corner of both pages 1 and 2, “2” appeared on pages 3 and 4 … “15” on pages 29 and 30.
Putting the book away, and re-opening it later, I found that numbers 4 through 8 had been replaced by hashmarks - as if censored.
I cleaned out all of the new haskmarks, and added text, like “Level 1” to “Level 15.” Close and re-open the book and still some text has been “censord.”78798
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-227847, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
That report has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug. Please do not leave a comment on the linked report.
