Placing structure void on grass paths turns them into dirt

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a grass path block, then place a structure void block on top

Observed result: The grass path block turns into dirt

Expected result: The grass path remains a grass path block

Impact: This issue makes it difficult to export structures containing grass paths where you may want the space above to be replaced once the structure is placed.
