When trying to log into microsoft account on both ps4 and ps5 it says there is already a different account linked to the PlayStation account. There has never been a microsoft account connected to my PlayStation account yet it still says there is.

When i try to link a microsoft to my PlayStation account through minecraft I get the message that says there is already a separate microsoft account connected to it. I have never linked my playstation account on minecraft with any other microsoft account. This has been a problem for 5 years now please fix it.
