[MCPE-194460] Applying non-marketplace addon still disable the achievements

I tried using non-marketplace addon and it still turning off achievement.

Then i used the Soundscapes+ Add-on from the marketplace and it won't turn off achievement.

This may not be a bug. All non-marketplace add-ons need to add the following section merged into their manifest to prevent achievements being disabled:
