I was playing the new movie event, I had completed both missions. Suddenly, the game crashed and when it returned to normal, my character had lost all the XP, emeralds, upgraded tools and armor, in addition, the missions returned to the status of not completed.

I still have the same problem, I called the event again and my account and everything else are still empty. I wanted to solve my problem, I spent hours playing to improve my character and I lost everything because of a game error.
