I had the same problem, but I only played on the computer. I made two complaints and both were marked as completed and the resolution was "duplicate”.

I still have the same problem, I called the event again and my account and everything else are still empty. I wanted to solve my problem, I spent hours playing to improve my character and I lost everything because of a game error.
