After I did the Minecraft Movie Event in xbox, I played it in a tablet. And once I went to the Midportvillage without a map, then lost all my progress in both xbox and the tablet.

I had the same problem, but I only played on the computer. I made two complaints and both were marked as completed and the resolution was "duplicate”.
