Can't move the screen!!!

SSo when I enter Minecraft I can legit not move the screen, I tried to restart my phone, going in and out, won't work, and then after 5 minutes I can move it only once, I can't deal with this, please, please help me, Minecraft is my fav game and I just want to move my screen, in the game I can move, but when j want to put something in my inventory I have to click a thousand times, I can't even scroll down, pls help…
