Freezing, ghost blocks, being pushed back

I’m walking then getting pushed back to where I was like 5 seconds ago I even get phased through other blocks, placing blocks appear to be there but if walk on you fall through, breaking blocks will appear gone but I can't walk beyond where the block used to be I have to place blocks back to break it again (ghost block) I think it all stems from the autosave feature as it gets worse when saving, been like this now for around 2 months, I've tried everything to fix the problem on my end, like saving my world to ps plus, deleting minecraft and reinstalling, rebuilding database on ps4, I even made a fresh world it works great for 20 minutes then goes back to being buggy, I was hoping the new update would be a fix but it's still the same, any help will be immensely appreciated as this is my forever world and I'd be so gutted to loose it 😔
