Marketplace content and skins not loading

When entering the game, most of the time the marketplace and skins do not load. And my custom skin (not from the marketplace) doesn't either. This has been happening to me for more than 3 updates until this most recent one. I have to exit the game and enter it until the skins load and I always have to choose the model of my skin from the gallery.
