Why are slimes spawning rarerly.Please incrise the spawn rate of slimes to 80% please.Also why when I get on top of the nether the height is 128,instead 256 please fix this.

Slime spawning depends on the moon phase.
As for the Nether height limit, it's working as intended (Java and Console's nether height limit is bugged, it's suppose to remain as 128 blocks high).
