Chat is enabled in the Mines in the Minecraft Movie Live Event

If you type in chat, it should say ' Chat is currently disabled'. In the Mines region, you can type in chat for other players to see.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join the A Minecraft Movie Live Event

2. Open the Map item

3. Click Mines

4. Type in chat anywhere in the Mines region

5. Observe the message shows up in chat

Observed Result:

Chat is enabled

Expected Result:

Chat is disabled
