[MCPE-19557] In the multiplayer mode the guest throws a Lingering Potion in the air the texture is of a Splash Potion

Steps to Reproduce

1. In multiplayer mode, some player that is not the host must pick up a Lingering Potion and throw it
2.How you can see that when some Lingering Potion is tossed in the air the texture of it is from a Splash Potion
