i have checked your open responses but have been trying to fix this problem for two days. My son is autistic and we are desperate for a fix. He has an archos tablet with auto updates installed. I have tried uninstalling minecraft and a ton of other suggestions from google and youtube but we still get a black screen when you try and open the app. I read that his device needs to be compatible with neon so ran that check and it says it is fine.
I'd be happy to go back to the last version until any bugs are ironed out but have no idea how/if we can do that. Christmas holidays are particularly difficult for kids with autism so please help us.
