The jumping animation is missing for a horse with rider when idle. I've waited a long time and are not seeing this animation.
Steps to reproduce
Tame a horse.
Ride the horse.
Switch to "Third Person Front" view.
The horse never does a front legs up jumping animation when idle for some time.
