When travelling very fast, minecraft speed stutters, sound clicks and movement appears slowed.
Cannot get to repro in new worlds, only my own single realm world.
In a nutshell, when minecart speed tops out (either by passing 12 or more consecutive powered rails, or by speeding down a large incline (24 or more cubes of downhill progress) followed by three or more consecutive powered rails, speed stutters, and sound hiccups. Please use my realm to repro if needed.

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version.

Yes I have the same problem but I don't excatly know what causes it. On the first route I never had any lag at all, but on the second I have on some specific parts a lot of lagging. I wonder if this is because its too fast, or because its under the ocean? I don't know but it stutters a lot. Also others can see me "stuttering" while I'm in the cart.
Still happening in the latest version.
