I cannot join Minecraft event

I cannot join Minecraft event.

It was working for the first two or three days but later it stopped. It is trying to get resourcepack but it is somehow quick and there is nothing downloaded or sayng I have new packs (for quest 3 in event). After that it says I need to verify account in Microsoft services. I reinstalled Launcher, logged off and on again, I have cleaned the storage on bedrock edition. Nothing helps. I always get this sentence provided in the attached picture.
