Unable to join movie event

When I tried to join the Minecraft movie event I had to downloaded the resource packs to join. After it downloaded, it said failed to download packs from the server and then it took me to the main menu. This occurs on both PS4 and PS5.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft

2. Make sure you are signed in to a Microsoft account.

3. Press “Join Event” button

4. Press “download resource packs”

Observed Result:

There is an error message and doesn't connect you to the server.

Expected Result:

You should be able to join and play on the server as long as you have an internet connection and a Microsoft account.
