Xp Orbs drop after mob entity dissappears

Summary:

Xp Orbs drop after the mob entity dissappears, instead of dropping immediately when the mob is killed. We see that the mobs item drops when it's killed but not the xp Orbs.

Steps To Produce:

1. Create a minecraft world

2. Kill a mob

Intended Behavior:

The Xp Orbs are supposed to drop as soon as the mob is killed (just like the item the mob drops) instead of dropping when the mobs entity dissappears
