[MCPE-19923] The nether doesn't work in MCPE 1.0.2

I was building a nether portal. When I lit it, it didn't work/create the portal.

Were you on an old world? As in the option that is limited size? Nether portals don't work on those.

I reproduced it!!! On an old world...
