[MCPE-199269] Cloud sync Failure

I was playing my Hardcore world, nothing crazy happening, then when leaving the game it said I was out of storage space. I have 8 worlds most of which between 100-300 MB. Hasn't been an issue before when I had 11 worlds holding 1g of data. Anyway now when I try to get on my hardcore world nothing is loaded, and it won't sync to the cloud.

MCPE-197900 When I load a world I get a notification saying Cloud Syncing has failed check internet connection and try again. I am connected to the internet just fine. Reopened
