Dried Ghast has dirt texture

Checked back and it became a dirt block?

I had this same issue, in this seed -6025349847741358899, I used the locate biome command to find a soul sand biome so I tped to this coordinates in the nether “/tp -258 32 -617”, then I went flying looking for a fossil structure and found one at -308 70 -765, I noticed it had a weird texture that resembled dirt like in the first screenshot you showed. Since I was in creative I tried to copy this block pressing my middle mouse button but it didn’t work. Then I closed my world and after opening it again the dried ghast block turned into a full dirt liked block as shown in your second screenshot, I copied that block and noticed it is called “unknown”

This unknown block can’t be placed, when I place it, it instantly disappears, I’m guessing there was something wrong with the generation of the dried ghast block and this is a debug block to avoid the game from crashing or having further problems, I hope you can recreate this glitch with the coordinates and seed I provided above

Update: just tped to /tp 2712 127 -2289 and flied to 2694 77 -2121 and found the same issue here

Update: Sorry, apparently this is not a bug, It’s my first time trying a preview and I had not turned on the experiments, after enabling experiments in my world this was fixed and I was able to access and try everything without problem
