Renamed Book and Quills cannot be edited

A book and quill renamed in an anvil can no longer be edited. (Then can only be edited again if the custom name is removed.)

How to reproduce:

1. Rename a book and quill item at an anvil,

2. Write something inside the book and quill,

3. Reopen the book and quill.

Expected Result:

The written text remains after reopening the book.

Actual Result:

The written text does not remain.
