Uncapped framerate and anti aliasing still do not work

Admittedly this has probably been iterated way too many times so I post as a reminder that neither the option for uncapped framerate or anti aliasing work

This does not change if you have a

PS4 pro, PS5, or PS5 pro on top of those previous things 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 1440p, 2160p display and on top of those regardless of if the display is 60hz, 90hz, 120hz (or any other in between or beyond), has VRR, has G-sync (or free sync)

There is and I repeat no way to enable these features ever (no amount of “but do you have x thing” fixes the issue and even then at that point that shouldn't be required)
