Purchased Festive mash up texture, 2min play and screen went black, returned to home screen and texture pack is locked again. $5.99 taken off itunes account. Restart ipad off twice, closed and opened game twice. Texture packed still locked. repurchased another $5.99......

How to fix: Open Minecraft PE. Look around and press Store button. Swipe down to the bottom of the page and click Restore.(Make sure you're connected to internet). If it asks you to sign in, sign in with your password for Itunes. If it says successful, go to settings and put texture pack on. If not, tell me what happened.

I would recommend going to Mojang Customers support as we are unable to do anything about purchases here.
