As for your issue, I can't reproduce it. When I push an iron golem around it moves out of the way, same when a piston pushes the golem. If you could provide more detail of what was the expected behavior I may be able to help you more.

Watching the video shows that this is how it is supposed to be. The golem moved when the zombie hit it because the zombie was pushing it with its body.
