The formatting of potion names is hard-coded. They are built using a prefix string ("Splash", "Lingering", "Thick", "Mundane", "Long Mundane", "Awkward") followed by the name of the potion ("Potion", "Water Bottle", "Potion of <effect>").
This is fine in English, but it may cause strange names in those languages which use a different word order and doesn't use title case capitalisation. For instance, in Italian "Lingering Long Mundane Potion" is terribly named "Persistente Ordinaria lunga Pozione". The correct name would be "Pozione ordinaria lunga persistente".
This was an issue with the PC version as well, up until 1.9, when each potion received its own string. This is a very good fix, allowing translators to use correct capitalisation and word order.
