[MCPE-201607] Pink Rendering Bug in Vibrant Visuals

To reproduce:

Create or join a world
Enable Vibrant Visuals
Look at the sky

The clouds occasionally appear pink, which appears to be an unintended visual glitch.

The only somewhat fix that somewhat work for me is turning on reflection, but it still occurs every time I navigate into settings and takes few seconds to disappear and I even need to look around to get rid of the glitch
