Dried ghasts get washed out by flowing water

The Bug:

Flowing water can wash away dried ghasts. This does not make sense considering the fact that dried ghasts are meant to be hydrated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Dig a 3 block wide, 1 block tall, 2 block long hole.

2. Place a dried ghast in the hole.

3. Place water next to the dried ghast.

4. The dried ghast gets washed out.

Expected Result:

Flowing water should not wash away dried ghasts.

Observed Result:

Flowing water can wash away dried ghasts.
