[MCPE-201676] Vibrant Visuals: game texture looked completely the same

I turned on Vibrant Visuals on Minecraft Pocket Edition and nothing changed. The game looked completely the same as if nothing happened . My device is Samsung galaxy A14. My phone latest version is 6.1 if that helps.
