Vibrant Visuals: Sun & Moon specular reflections appear even when sun/moon obscured by terrain

I am not using any add-ons or resource packs

As the title implies. Sun & Moon specular reflections appear even when they shouldn’t

Reproduction Steps:
- Find a body of water next to a hill
- Set time to sunrise/sunset

Observed Results:
- The sun/moon speculars will be reflected even if the sun/moon are fully hidden behind the hill

Expected Results:
- That wouldn’t happen
