Minecraft mutes my computer

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall minecraft bedrock and launcher but it’s only brought sound back once. For some reason it mutes my computer and I can’t hear anything. After I troubleshoot and it brings sound back, still minecraft bedrock makes no noise.
