Yep, confirmed for 1.0.4.1

Simplifying to single issue (Elytra sounds missing or do not play)

Fixed in 1.0.4.11

Still an issue in 1.1.0.9

However Elytra sounds can be heard by a W10 player when they join an Android player over LAN.

Fixed in 1.1.1. Yay!

It seems that elytras only make sound every other update 😛
