game crashes

when I die in the nether, sometimes after, I rez, when I go to open my inventory my game crashes. it keeps crashing whenever I open my inventory. I found the only way to get past this is to die again without opening my inventory. I cannot get any of the items that dropped during the original death in the nether. if I go to pick them up my game also crashes. and when I log back in I need to die again for the crash issue to go away and cannot open my inventory until doing so. other people have had this issue but it seems they have not reported it. this bug has happened multiple times to me now BUT only has ever happened during a death while exploring the nether and dying by a blaze. my screenshot of this error is my desktop as the game crashes straight to the desktop and says nothing as an error report. this has happened on MULTIPLE computers using windows 10 version of this game and not just one.
