[MCPE-20323] Sound volume of explosions does not decrease even if the distance you are from the explosion is very far

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a TNT or Creeper
2. Activate TNT and go very far from where the blast will happen
3. As you realize the volume of the explosion does not diminish even if you are away from where TNT exploded

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.

We were unable to reproduce the problem or it is working as intended in the latest version.
