[MCPE-20407] Game Crashes On Start

On my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite the game immediately crashes, right up on start. I found another one of these reports but a bot came in and replied "Please do not send bug reports (something like that) to versions that have not released.". Thanks and bye.

@unknown please do not keep updating this ticket as the duplicate ticket is the one that will be updated. Also note that Arisa is a bot and does not know when an update is out or not and has to be updated. So it will comment things like that when an update comes out.
