I've had this phone since July and since then no MCPE update has fixed this so it must not be very important to fix... yes there have been other reports about this months ago for other Samsung devices and apparently no resolution. An $800 phone than can be used as a VR and even has Minecraft on its VR games list can't hold up Minecraft with a consistent frame rate. Please fix this its been an issue for a long time with no fix.
