[MCPE-20489] Title command does not show in title screen or actionbar

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy tab a nook modle SM-T280 when I use a command block or the actual command in my chat it tells me it was successful but no words show up on screen nor the action bar when activated

I cannot get this issue to happen for me in 1.0.5.13. Does the command work when you use it in chat? And does this issue happen on new worlds too?

What version of android does your tablet currently run? And could you send screenshots of your settings(in a world)? Also do other commands work in the command block or chat?
I am just trying to figure out what it is that may make the text not appear.

I feel like an idiot I forgot I had a resource pack on to see my coordinates and that was the problem it's working now that I removed it but sad it does not work together.

I believe that the resource uses the title to display the coordinates because other packs work with the commands I'm sorry to waste your time

Resolving as Invalid then. Do not feel so bad, I should have asked about resource packs, or at least notice the numbers in the bottom of the screen shot. Thanks for commenting afterwards though.
Note about resource packs wotj GUI changes, much of the GUI for the HUD is stored in one file which caused MCPE in this case not to know where to put the title text.
