[MCPE-20554] /clear Nausea Effect - Shows Portal Travel Screen

When using the clear effect command after the nausea effect, the nether portal overlay appears briefly.
What I expected to happen:
I expected the nausea effect to be cleared instantly.

What actually happened:
Instead, the nether portal overlay appears briefly.
Steps to Reproduce:

Run the command `/effect @p nausea 20 20`
Run the commnd `/effect @p clear`
Observe the nether portal overlay

It's a feature not a bug. The code was specifically altered to make it so that nether portal effect would show. Works as intended.
