[MCPE-2066] Ladder Gaps are BACK!

I was messing around with ladders when I saw I would automatically go up ladders 1 block up. I tested ladder gaps, and I went straight up. This bug is now in MCPE. If this is duplicate, sorry in advance. I don't have screen capturer or recorder, so I can't really show you pics. The only way is testing it yourself. Sorry.

I didn't know this was a bug...
In real life this makes sense to me, you could climb up a ladder that's 3ft up...

Please do not assume that the difference between behaviors between PC and PE editions of Minecraft are a Bug.

Actually, this was a bug in the PC version back in... I forget... I guess it can be a feature and not a bug.
