[MCPE-20682] Title on command blocks does not appear on ios

When using command blocks for title it does not appear on the screen.

I can confirm this bug. I am on an iOS device and no title commands are showing. It says it executed but nothing is there

Forget what I said. It is caused by an outdated resource pack. It works perfectly fine after I took it off. Sad that there are no updated resource files available on minecraft.net for 1.0.5

Resolving as Invalid as the cause was an outdated resource pack.
