Also, crosshairs disappear like the hotbar (if using split controls).

Resolving as a duplicate of the newer ticket MCPE-20783 due to a clearer description and screenshot.
Same thing on my Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet.
Happens in both creative and survival.
If using the "X" at top left of inventory screen, the hotbar does not disappear.
