Random hotbar item placement

Everytime I open a chest or furnace or something with storage or crafting table, items are randomly picked in there. Sometimes I have 4 stacks of some kind of block, and it all shares the count. Like I have 27 blocks in 4 slots in my hotbar, and I place a block on all 4 slots it goes down by one. So its like 1 item but duplicated in 4 slots... And its picking randomly, but when i reopen and close the chest it picks another random items and when I reopen and close it one again my hotbar shows the first random set...
