[MCPE-20990] Evokers and Vindicators Can Spawn in Peaceful Difficulty

You are able to spawn Evokers and Vindicators in peaceful difficulty but not Vexs. Therefore, It either WAI for the ability to spawn Evokers, Vindicators and Vexs in peaceful difficulty or they should NOT spawn at all, because they are hostile mobs just like Zombies and Creepers.

Could possibly be lazy coding putting it on the Peaceful mob list instead of hostile mob list,

They're able to attack Villagers and Iron Golems too. In Peaceful. However they're not able vexes.

This is a parity break from the Java edition. Evokers and Vindicators won't attack you unless you attack them first in peaceful difficulty.

so if i am understanding this correctly, illagers now spawn durring world gen on peaceful too?

and if so why not give us the elder guardians that are world generated only mobs on peaceful too?
