The bug is that you have to hold or click 4 times to destroy it and its not available in the creative inventory. Bedrock CAN be destroyed in PC Minecraft, it's also used as a building material, so i think it should be added to the pe inventory. The only problem is the invisible bedrock wall...

Mojang added instant break to creative mod so it is normal now you can break bedrock
