[MCPE-85] Bedrock can be destroyed now

In Version 0.4.0, you can destroy bedrock in creative mode. This is because all blocks now have a hit damage of 1. If you want to see this, start a new creative world and dig straight down. You will die. Anyway, this may be impossible to fix.

Mojang added instant break to creative mod so it is normal now you can break bedrock
