Inventory hotbar items loose position and randomize by themselves when exiting chest. Some items duplicate them selves. Exact same items in multiple hotbar locations. I have seen the same item in up to 3 hotbar locations at the same time.

@unknown, I fail to see how that matters to the bug. There is no need to point out small mistakes like that, especially on a resolved ticket. Please note that us moderators are real people and real people can make mistakes. Please try to keep comments more related to the bug and not about other users and also keep comments away from criticism of people who report Working as intended, duplicate, poor, and invalid issues.
Thanks for the report, however this has been reported before as MCPE-20458.
If you did not, please search befpre creating reports as it is likely that someone has reported it before.
