Inverted textures in command blocks

Summary:
The arrows on the sides of command blocks point in the wrong direction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place command blocks in a row

2. Look at the arrows on the sides of the command block

3. On one side the arrows are pointing in the wrong direction

Observed Results:
The arrows on the top point in the correct direction, but the arrows on the sides point the wrong way

Expected Results:
The arrows should point in the direction that the sequence of command blocks follows.
