The repeater delay changed in mcpe 1.1 I thought It was my device only
The I saw a video on youtube explaining the repeater delays have changed affecting
Redstone creations made in 1.0.5 below that uses repeaters.The video was made by

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-15793.
I believe this is as a result of the bug reported at MCPE-15793.
